AAUP-CO Chapter Service Program
The Chapter Service Program has several components.
- The Colorado Conference allows a $300 seed money grant to newly established or reactivated chapters. Contact Co-Presidents Steve Mumme or Dean Saitta to apply.
- The Conference provides assistance and guidance is given to reactivated or newly established chapters. Contact Co-Presidents Steve Mumme or Jonathan Rees.
- The Conference actively encourages chapters to recommend members for attendance at the Summer Institutes put on by the national organization. Partial registration and/or travel assistance money is given with the amounts dependent on the numbers attending. Contact Co-Presidents Steve Mumme or Jonathan Rees to apply.
Colorado Committee for the Protection of Faculty Rights (CCPFR)
The Colorado Committee for the Protection of Faculty Rights (CCPFR) is the primary means of support offered by the Conference to Colorado faculty at large. It will take appeals from both AAUP members and nonmembers. The CCPFR will assist faculty in resolving conflicts with administrations.
